This conversion in Nob Hill transforms an existing shed structure into a working studio through layered material adaptation. Lightweight framing and greenhouse plastic redefine the envelope and establish environmental control and new light conditions.

The project operates as a low-cost adaptive reuse strategy within Albuquerque’s urban fabric, where small structures are reinterpreted through incremental material upgrades rather than full reconstruction.
